Toasted S'more Cookie Bars (Bake Sale for Beka)

I am taking a short little time out from Donut Fridays.

Just for this week, and for a good reason. I promise I'll be back with more donuts next week.

But for now let's talk about these cookie bars.

They are pretty much fabulous with a capital F! They are the s'more you don't need a campfire for.

Which means you can eat them any time of year. That is my kind of s'more!!

You can find the recipe for these Toasted S'more Cookie Bars here, but if you are looking at the recipe, thinking "The last thing I want to do in this heat is turn my oven on!!", then you are lucky!

I will bake them for you, and I'll even ship them to you! You can win these in a bidding auction over on Wanna Be A Country Cleaver this weekend, while we raise money for Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America.

Megan is running the bake sale this weekend, June 22-23, 2013 >> 7am PST – 8pm PST, so make sure you are there, and bid on these cookies if you want me to send them to you!!

Then all you have to do, is stalk your mailman every day asking if he has any cookies. Yeah he might find you to be creepy, but it's all in the name of charity!

You can check out all the details on the bake sale over at Wanna Be A Country Cleaver!! See you there!

**I may or may not make 2 batches... one for the winner, and of course, one for me!**

And I was about to say YAY! I just made homemade marshmallows and I'm so going to make these! But they melt after about 4 seconds in the oven. Booo. :(
